Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. As reported to NEWS.am by the press service of the republic’s government, the interlocutors exchanged views on current issues on the regional and international agenda. The established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan was touched upon. Both sides emphasized the importance of stable and lasting peace in the region. Pashinyan and Merz also discussed the prospects for the consistent development of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Germany, as well as the further deepening of the Armenia-European Union partnership.
